Morgan Stanley, a global leader in financial services recruited a top-ranking Executive Director to innovate traditional research processes and build a high performing new franchise.
fluxfutures worked in partnership with the Executive Director, prior to induction through to achieving outstanding feedback at their first formal review.
Initially, the presenting leadership needs included, overcoming anxiety and imposter syndrome, followed by the design of a bespoke onboarding strategy including leadership persona development to achieve stakeholder engagement, trust and buy-in.
Through collaborative one to one (in person + remote coaching sessions following Covid-19 lockdown), this first-time Executive Director quickly established trust, neutralised team conflict, won management advocacy + was awarded budget to rollout an industry-first client acquisition strategy.
