Workshop | Future of Work

An industry collaboration to ignite + inspire the HR community.

HR leaders have their work cut out as they try to shift antiquated management models and respond to rising employee activism. Unable to meet all stakeholders needs with plug + play HR tech, the community was crying out for intelligent, systems-thinking support.

 

Recognising the challenge facing HR leaders today, and the lack of an obvious, one-size-fits-all solution we partnered with creative thinkers at Imperial College and Centric Lab to unpack the problem facing corporate HR leaders today. Together we designed and delivered an interactive workshop inviting peer discussion and the opportunity to practice design thinking to support their complex and contrasting stakeholder needs more effectively.

HR leaders rarely feel seen and heard at board level. Unlike leadership peers in Operations, Product, and Marketing - the commercial value of HR leaders is harder to quantify. This workshop offered connection, shared compassion, and lifted spirits.


Capacity building.

Bridging the gap between the latest human dynamics research and practical design thinking tools, this ‘learn by doing’ workshop empowered a community through evidence based know-how.
